🇪🇺 EU: 9.00€ per order (free shipping from 90€ order value)

🇨🇭 SWITZERLAND/UK/NORWAY: €15.00 per order* (free shipping on orders of €120 or more)

*Only for customers from Switzerland & UK: additional VAT, customs duties or other charges such as customs clearance costs may be incurred on import. These costs are not included in the goods or shipping costs and are to be paid by the customer to third parties upon import.

We ship with Deutsche Post / DHL incl. shipment tracking.

PAYMENT

*Topay in advance, simply send us your full address, the products you want, and the quantities to: info@sho-cha.com or via the contact form. We’ll then send you an invoice right away with the payment details for the bank transfer. Once we receive your payment, we’ll ship your order as soon as possible via DHL, including tracking information.

DON'T LIKE IT?

If you’d like to return an item from your order, simply send unopened tea packages or unused accessories within 14 days of receipt to:
