This traditional Japanese matcha set includes:
A matcha bowl (chawan) handmade in Japan with a glossy deep blue glaze. Available with Japanese cherry blossoms on the inside or light brushstrokes on the outside. Very pleasant to the touch and high-quality finish.
30g of high-quality Japanese matcha tea from Mr. Hasegawa in Shizuoka, ultra-finely ground and particularly aromatic in taste. This makes the matcha ideal for matcha lattes, matcha cookies, and also for drinking on its own (premium quality—not "cooking matcha" or "culinary grade"). This high-quality matcha is naturally grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
A handmade Matcha broom (Chasen) made of gold bamboo - only real with 100 bristles: with it you succeed the perfect Matcha foam. The high number of bristles simplifies the whipping enormously. Instructions for the preparation of Matcha Latte & Matcha Tea and with recipe ideas is of course also included.
A matcha spoon (chashaku) for easy portioning of your matcha powder.

All our matcha accessories are handmade. Therefore, clean it only with warm water & let it dry well. Detergents, vinegar or the dishwasher could damage the accessories.
