30g high quality Japanese Matcha tea from Mr. Yoshiharu from Shizuoka, ultra-fine ground, sweet-aromatic & particularly mild taste. The high quality Matcha is naturally grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Here you can learn more about Mr. Yoshiharu and his tea cultivation.
A handmade Matcha broom (Chasen) made of gold bamboo - only real with 100 bristles: with it you succeed the perfect Matcha foam. The high number of bristles simplifies the whipping enormously. Instructions for the preparation of matcha tea and with recipe ideas is of course also included.
Our matcha bowl and matcha broom are handmade. Therefore, clean them only with warm water & let it dry well. Detergents, vinegar or the dishwasher could damage the accessories.
