Unser beliebtester Grüntee. Dieser fruchtig-aromatische Grüntee erster Ernte 2026 stammt von Herrn Takayuki aus Kobayashi (Miyazaki) von der südlichen Insel Kyushu, Japan. Es ist ein aromatischer, leicht süßlicher und milder grüner Tee, der sowohl warm als auch kalt aufgegossen sehr lecker und aromatisch ist. Duft & Geschmack erinnert an Früchte wie Mango oder Maracuja. Wie alle unsere grünen Tees ist er absolut pestizidfrei.

This highly aromatic & full-bodied Kabusecha green tea from the first 2025 harvest comes from Mr. Iwakura from Shimada (Shizuoka). The new harvest is particularly impressive due to its stronger sweetness and perfect balance. Due to its long shading with nets & its particularly natural cultivation, it is very aromatic, unique & full-bodied in taste. The natural fertilization with tea grass (Chagusaba) is a traditional method from Shizuoka Prefecture and ensures a broad, complex aroma. Despite its intense, aromatic flavor, this top-quality green tea has no astringency and is not at all bitter. Like all our green teas, it is of course completely pesticide-free.

A very smooth, mildly sweet, and full-bodied premium Sencha. Features a Gyokuro-like umami and slightly floral notes in the finish. Grown, harvested, and processed by Susumu San at his newly established tea farm in Kawane, Shizuoka, in the heart of Japan. Thanks to the slightly longer steaming process, the tea leaves are finer and the infusion is particularly aromatic, without any bitterness or harsh flavors. Very soothing and pleasant to drink.

Harumidori means “spring green” and is the name of the tea plant variety (cultivar) used for this top-grade Sencha green tea. Very high umami, intense sweetness, and a soft, mellow character are actually typical of shaded Gyokuro, yet the distinctive aroma of this Harumidori Sencha does not result from shading. The extremely rare cultivar, hand-picked by tea farmer Nobuyuki San, and a light aging process create the Gyokuro-like flavor along with a slightly sweet fruitiness. For anyone who loves the high umami and sweetness of Gyokuro but doesn’t want to sacrifice the freshness and fruitiness typical of Sencha, this tea is just right. Sencha Harumidori is a hand-picked Sencha green tea specialty with an incomparable character, aroma, and flavor.

Akane San hat aus dem berühmten Benifuuki Cultivar einen geschmacklich völlig überraschenden Schwarztee hergestellt, der an Süße & Vollmundigkeit kaum zu übertreffen ist. Benifuuki ist neben seinem sehr hohen Gehalt an EGCG/Catechinen & seiner Beliebtheit bei Allergikern insbesondere für seine starke Herbe/Bitterkeit bekannt. Davon ist bei diesem süßlich-weichen Schwarztee nichts zu spüren. Stattdessen dominieren Süße, warmes Aroma, Vollmundigkeit und leicht fruchtig-würzige Noten. Akane San hat nur eine sehr geringe Menge produziert, die exklusiv nur bei SHO CHA erhältich sein wird. Lass dir diese besondere Teespezialität nicht entgehen!

Weich-blumiger Frühlingstee mit leicht süßlich-fruchtigen Noten. Bereits die Teeblätter duften süßlich mit frisch-blumigen Noten. Leuchtend grüne Tassenfarbe.
