THESE 4 TEAS ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR SET:
GENMAI TEA (30g)
This sweet Genmaicha green tea comes from Mr. Toshimi from Kirishima(Kagoshima) from the southern island of Kyushu, Japan. Due to the many popped rice grains, it is not only a visual eye-catcher, but also tastes intensely sweet with light roasted aromas and a fresh green tea note. And it's all caffeine-free - ideal for evening enjoyment, with dinner, or for people who are sensitive to caffeine. Like all our green teas, it is absolutely pesticide-free.
YUZU KUKICHA (30 g)
Naturally grown yuzu citrus fruit meets kukicha green tea made from high-quality asamushi sencha. The yuzu citrus fruits with complex aromas are dried and the peel is then combined with a fine selection of tea stems and broken tea leaves. This creates a unique green tea with sweet, tangy fruit aromas and full-bodied green tea notes. By selecting only briefly steamed Sencha green tea, it is now fruitier and even better balanced.
MAJI NA KOUCHA BLACK TEA (30g)
A mildly aromatic black tea from Yamamoto San in Hamamatsu, Japan. It has a sweet, fragrant aroma and a sweet, full-bodied flavor, with a typical bright reddish-brown liquor. In Japan, “koucha” (紅茶) literally means “red tea” and refers to the reddish color of the liquor. Unlike black teas from India or Kenya, this Japanese black tea is sweeter, has hardly any bitter notes, and offers a rich umami flavor.
SAKURAJIMA KABUSECHA (30g)
Soft, full-bodied, aromatic and slightly sweet top-quality green tea with Kyushu-typical fruitiness and Shizuoka-typical umami. The young tea farmer Akane San runs the tea farm together with her family directly in the foothills of the active Sakurajima volcano. Akane San trained in Shizuoka and is now gradually taking over her father's tea farm. Completely atypical for a green tea, which is grown using only natural fertilizers, Kabusecha has a very intense taste with a strong umami without any bitterness or grassiness. A Kabusecha that is already in great demand in Japan due to its strong umami.

More infusions
All teas can be infused several times. So you not only have longer something from the tea but it also dissolves more and more healthy substances from the tea. Here you can try different temperatures and infusion times to find out what you like best.
Cold infusion
Our Sencha teas are also particularly well-suited for cold brewing: simply pour cold water over double the amount of Sencha and let it steep for 5–10 minutes. Your delicious, refreshing drink is ready. Our tutorial video below shows you this simple and incredibly refreshing brewing method.
Storage
The green teas come in a sealed and resealable flavor bag. The removal is thus super easy and the tea stays fresh for a long time.
