Then you are absolutely right with our tasting set, consisting of 4 different Japanese green teas. Each package is resealable and is easily enough for 4-5 teapots. And of course as usual: 1 tea : 1 tea farmer plus tested pesticide-free.

SENCHA N°1 (20g)
This fruity and aromatic green tea first harvest 2023 comes from Mr. Takayuki of Kobayashi (Miyazaki) from the southern island of Kyushu, Japan. It is an aromatic, slightly sweet and mild green tea that is very tasty and aromatic when brewed both hot and cold. The intense fragrance is reminiscent of fruits such as mango or passion fruit. Like all our green teas, it is absolutely pesticide-free.
SENCHA N°2 (20g)
This refreshing green tea first harvest 2023 comes from Mr. Haruki from Miyakonojou (Miyazaki) of the southern island of Kyushu, Japan. It is a strong & aromatic Sencha with a bright light green cup, light umami and a spicy fragrance. The dark green, needle-shaped tea leaves show the high quality of this Sencha. Like all our green teas, it is absolutely pesticide-free.
GENMAICHA (20g)
This sweet Genmaicha green tea comes from Mr. Toshimi from Kirishima(Kagoshima) from the southern island of Kyushu, Japan. Due to the many popped rice grains, it is not only a visual eye-catcher, but also tastes intensely sweet with light roasted aromas and a fresh green tea note. And it's all caffeine-free - ideal for evening enjoyment, with dinner, or for people who are sensitive to caffeine. Like all our green teas, it is absolutely pesticide-free.
HANA SENCHA (20g)
Hana (花) means flower or blossom in Japanese and here the name says it all: a flowery, tangy top green tea with good umami and a slightly grassy aftertaste from the 2023 harvest. The fresh floral aroma is reminiscent of Chinese Oolong while the infusion has a sweet fragrance . The best of both worlds: prepared with 80°C hot water, the Sencha is reminiscent of an Oolong - at 60-70°C more like a mild Japanese Sencha.

All 4 green teas are of course grown completely pesticide-free and without chemical fertilizers. We have also had this checked externally - you can see the pesticide report in the picture gallery on the respective product pages of the teas. So you can be sure that our tea is 100% free of harmful substances.

More infusions
All teas can be infused several times. So you not only have longer something from the tea but it also dissolves more and more healthy substances from the tea. Here you can try different temperatures and infusion times to find out what you like best.
Cold infusion
Our Senchas are particularly suitable for cold brewing: simply pour double the amount of Sencha with cold water and steep for 5-10 minutes. Ready is the delicious refreshment. Our tutorial video below shows you this simple and mega refreshing preparation method.
Storage
The green teas come in a sealed and resealable flavor bag. The removal is thus super easy and the tea stays fresh for a long time.
