Original Japanese Kyusu teapot, traditionally hand-painted in Japan with cherry blossoms. For the preparation of all types of green tea such as Sencha, Kabusecha, Gyokuro or Chinese teas, incl. removable, very fine-mesh stainless steel tea strainer.

The traditional teapot is handmade in Japan and hand-painted with cherry blossoms. The lid has an extra recess for the removable tea strainer so that the tea can steep with the lid on. This ensures that no heat is lost.
At just 260g, the teapot is particularly light and easy to handle.
The lid and its support surface are ground to fit each other precisely. This manufacturing method shows the high quality and dedication in the production.
