Original Japanese kyusu, handmade from natural clay in Tokoname, for brewing all types of green tea. Hand-decorated with traditional Japanese pumpkin motifs. Inside the teapot is a belt-shaped tea strainer (obi), which encloses the entire kyusu - available with an additional removable stainless steel tea strainer.

The Kyusu KABOCHA was artfully crafted by hand in Japan. It is named after the typical Japanese motif of the gourd 南瓜, which is artfully applied by hand.

When cleaning our original Japanese teapots, you should only use water and no cleaning agents. The clay inside the kyusu could otherwise absorb unwanted substances or damage the teapot.
