Sencha Koushun

Produced by Konishi San in the small tea village of Kawane. The Koushun tea plants are harvested entirely by hand to produce one of the rarest green teas in Japan. The aroma is typically full-bodied and sweet, reminiscent of almond & apricot and has a deep spiciness.

Budo Sencha

Slightly mature Sencha green tea from Shizuoka. Delicate floral aroma with notes of green grape and a taste reminiscent of Chinese oolong.

Tezumi

Picked entirely by hand in the mountains of Kawane, Shizuoka. A total of 30kg of tea leaves are left to mature in bamboo baskets over the flowing spring water of Mount Chisa. After further processing, just 8kg of green tea is produced. Only available here once a year.
