SAKURAJIMA KABUSECHA (100g)
Awarded at the 2025 Great Taste Awards in London. 🌟 A smooth , full-bodied, aromatic, and slightly sweet premium green tea with the characteristic fruitiness of Kyushu and the umami typical of Shizuoka. Young tea farmer Akane San runs the tea farm together with her family right at the foot of the active volcano Sakurajima. Akane San trained in Shizuoka and is now gradually taking over her father’s tea farm. Completely atypical for a green tea grown exclusively with natural fertilizer, this Kabusecha has a very intense flavor with strong umami and no bitterness or grassiness whatsoever. A Kabusecha that is already highly sought-after in Japan due to its strong umami.
MATCHA N°2 SUPREME (30g)
Creamy-soft, delicately aromatic, mild & slightly sweet: this matcha tea from the first plucking in 2025 comes from Mr. Yoshiharu from Kakegawa (Shizuoka 🇯🇵) and represents his top quality. Only the youngest & most tender tea leaves are selected for the fine Supreme Edition. The result is even more aromatic & significantly milder than our popular Matcha N°2, with a delicate umami & an intense green color. A highlight especially for pure enjoyment & high-quality matcha drinks & of course 100% tested pesticide-free.
